Our team will contact suitable institutions to understand the intended use case and discuss the practical scope of the pilot.

We agree the pilot scope.
The participating classrooms, users, onboarding approach and deployment context are confirmed before the pilot begins.

Use Eklavya for two months.
The institution uses Eklavya in the agreed teaching environment while the CMB Greens LLP team supports the pilot and product-feedback process.
AFTER THE PILOT
The pilot ends with a decision, not an automatic subscription.
At the end of the two-month period, the institution and CMB Greens LLP can review the pilot experience and decide whether a broader Eklavya deployment makes sense.
Any longer-term pricing, scope or deployment terms would be discussed separately.
Eklavya is still evolving.
Eklavya is currently in active development and pilot deployment. Institutions participating in the pilot may receive product updates, refinements and changes to the experience during the two-month period.
The pilot is intended for institutions comfortable evaluating a working product while it continues to evolve.
